Refund policy

We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Packages postmarked after 30 days, items received with no tags attached, or in worn/damaged condition will not be accepted. These returns will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@urspiritshop.com and we will supply a return label. If you use the return label supplied by us, a $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items postmarked after 30 days of being delivered
  • Items not purchased at UrSpirit Shop
  • Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes).
  • Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:
    • Washed or worn items
    • Accessories: earrings and cosmetics
    • Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
    • Clothing: tights
    • Other similar intimate items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refused  Shipments

If a package is refused or the incorrect address is supplied at checkout the customer will be held responsible to pay all shipping costs for the order and return it. to UrSpirit Shop. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, refused packages and undeliverable packages can take several weeks or longer to be received back to our facilities, the transit time is completely in the hands of the shipping carrier. UrSpirit Shop will not process any refunds until the items are returned back to our facility.
